This is a cozy, authentic farmer's cottage in the heart of Champagne country with 1 bedroom housing 4 people. For a great rural experience, you can take a tour of the whole farm and learn about its workings. If you come in the spring, you will see calves and the cows are allowed outside in the summer. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the hills of Champagne-Ardenne. The home is surrounded by many local attractions such as Nouart, a small farming village. The town of Sedan is 39 km away. Only a 500 m walk from the home is a restaurant where you can enjoy great meals made with local produce. There's also a lake 10 km away.     “Het was een ruim appartement. Er waren geen dekbedden. Alleen 3 dekens. Het bed sliep wel lekker. Geen satelliet tv, dus alleen 4 zenders Franse tv. Het huis was s'avonds en s'nachts best fris, de verwarming stond niet aan. Er was wel een elektrisch kacheltje, maar dat kon de grote ruimte niet verwarmen. Er waren geen goede pannen aanwezig. Een paar te grote pannen voor 2 personen. En van de grote koekenpan was de antibaklaag af. Als de huiseigenaren aanwezig waren die boven ons zaten was het erg gehorig qua houten vloer. Je hoorde ze heel goed lopen en naar de toilet gaan. Ook kon je hun tv horen.
