with two wonderful, comfortable holiday flats is located in a very quiet street - 3 minutes from the Weissensee lido with kiosk and catering.

There is a nearby shop for your daily needs with bread and meat products, etc., three different restaurants and two bistros,
a savings bank machine and the bus stop (line # 71) with free local transport.
300 metres to the tourist and hiking information point WIZ Weissensee.

Spacious ground floor - garden holiday flat 63 m² with very quiet bedroom, raised double bed and a large, stylish sliding door wardrobe.

There are approx. 35 km of cross-country ski trails in the most beautiful winter landscape.

The idyllic landscape will inspire you as soon as you arrive. A marvellous alpine panorama of mountain and valley!

Situated directly on Lake Weissensee, surrounded by woods and meadows, we offer ideal conditions for sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace and quiet, families, excursionists and those who want to relax and unwind on holiday.

From here, you have direct access to a wide range of leisure activities such as unlimited hiking from easy
to challenging. Enjoy beautiful Nordic walking and cycling tours.

Experience royal castles: Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.
Regional culture and many famous sights: St Mang's baroque basilica, the High Castle in the town
with changing exhibitions, historic town centre.

Especially for our hiking and cycling enthusiasts, we have all altitudes to offer.
We are happy to be a supportive holiday home for active mountain sports in our extensive region.

Everything in the bathroom, kitchen and flat is optimally placed and well thought out for you - in short, you can live comfortably and stress-free in the rooms.

There is also a barbecue area and campfire site with picnic bench on a sunny plateau.

    “Der Vermieter beweist sehr viel Liebe bei der Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung und legt Wert auf viele nützliche Details (z.B. Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster u.v.m.). Trotzdem wirkt nichts überladen, sondern modern, sauber und geräumig. Und alles funktioniert. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Super tolle (auch wirklich ruhige) Lage. Fantastisches Panorama. Nette Terrasse mit Sonnensegel vor den beiden Ferienwohnungen (auch so ein Detail) Badesee, nettes Restaurant, Wanderwege - alles direkt fussläufig vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Waren in der zweiten Junihälfte hier und sind abends nach anstrengenden Touren einfach noch einmal mit dem Handtuch an den Badesee gegangen. Besser gehts nicht. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!”
