Studio with pool and air conditioning

The studio is located in a detached single-family home and is furnished in a functional style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for use: barbecue facilities.

Krk. The studio is located on a open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Wir hatten City-Roller dabei wodurch der steile Berg gut zu bewältigen war. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie ein Bäcker sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Haus mit dem neuen Pool ist sehr ansprechend. Die Wohnung war sauber. Lediglich die Austattung (speziell das Bett) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man riecht dass sie teilweise mit alten Möbel ausgestattet ist. Wenn man dann Abends groß lüftet kann jeder der den Fußweg zur Haustür nimmt in die Wohnung reinsehen. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen liegt direkt neben dem Fußweg zum Hauseingang und ist daher recht laut. Die Vermieter sprechen kaum Englisch sind aber sehr freundlich und halten sich stets im Hintergrund. Also es ist nicht aufdringlich obwohl sie im Haus wohnen. Wir hatten keinen Balkon konnten aber die Terasse nutzen. Wir würden das Haus im Allgemeinen wieder aufsuchen nur speziell die 2 Personen Wohnung im untersten Stockwerk nicht.”
