Holiday apartment for non-smokers, with a balcony, classified as four-star by the DTV, on the outskirts

This new, non-smoking apartment has a classy interior. It is on the first floor and has a south-facing balcony. The property is idyllically situated in a residential area on the outskirts.

The holiday apartment borders a nature reserve with hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is in the midst of the UNESCO world cultural heritage site “prehistoric stilt buildings all around the Alps”. The Federsee area is also the biggest bird sanctuary in the south of Germany. It is conveniently situated between the schwäbischer Alb, the Allgäu and Lake Constance. You can get to top ski resorts easily within two hours, or visit the Adelindis thermal baths just two minutes away.

The bathroom provides bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, a cosmetics mirror, a bath, a walk-in shower, a towel radiator, and toiletries. The living room has a stereo system, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, free wireless Internet access, new furnishing and an integrated dining space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, pads coffee machine, microwave, stove with a ceramic hob and oven, egg boiler, fridge-freezer etc. The bedroom has raised beds and a safe.     “Pro:
    Sehr schönes Haus und toll dass ich meinen fünfjährigen Hund mitnehmen konnte. Ich konnte auch direkt vom Grundstück mit meinem Hund in Feld und Wiese. Sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieterin.

    Contra:
    Leider konnten wir den Whirlpool nicht benutzen, weil es zu kalt und nass war. Da konnte aber die Vermieterin nichts dafür. Wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt.”
