The holiday apartment borders a nature reserve with hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is in the midst of the UNESCO world cultural heritage site “prehistoric stilt buildings all around the Alps”. The Federsee area is also the biggest bird sanctuary in the south of Germany. It is conveniently situated between the schwäbischer Alb, the Allgäu and Lake Constance. You can get to top ski resorts easily within two hours, or visit the Adelindis thermal baths just two minutes away.
The bathroom provides bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, a cosmetics mirror, a bath, a walk-in shower, a towel radiator, and toiletries. The living room has a stereo system, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, free wireless Internet access, new furnishing and an integrated dining space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, pads coffee machine, microwave, stove with a ceramic hob and oven, egg boiler, fridge-freezer etc. The bedroom has raised beds and a safe.
