Small agriturismo in the Val d’Orno, just 15km from Florence
The agriturismo is located on the plain that runs along the river Arno. The estate is only about one kilometre from the village of Incisa Val d’Orno and about 15 minutes by car from Florence.
There are two apartments on the farm, furnished with new furniture, but in an antique, rustic style.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large open area and a 600m² garden. The outdoor area is equipped with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue and provides cosy corners with chairs and a table, sun loungers and a parasol. The large garden is ideal for sunbathing, while enjoying the tranquillity of the rural surroundings or al fresco meals.
In Incisa Val d’Orno there are shops, supermarkets, a bank, post office, pharmacy and restaurants. One can also visit the house where the poet Francesco Petrarca spent his childhood.
For those who like shopping, there is a highlight just three kilometres away. In the Leccio-Reggello shopping centre you can find luxury items at affordable prices. Numerous major, well-known brands, not just Italian, are represented here.
Sports enthusiasts can find a swimming pool and tennis courts 10km away, a riding stables just 2km away, as well as fishing lakes 5km away.
It is only a 15-minute drive to Florence. However, a kilometre from the farmhouse there is a train station with free car parking, where you can leave your car and take the 40-minute train ride to the Santa Maria Novella station in Florence. Other famous places such as Siena (60 minutes by car), Arezzo (30 minutes by car) and San Gimignano (40 minutes by car) are also worth a visit.

They can either be arranged as two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed, or as two bedrooms each with three single beds. In the living room there are also two sofa beds, one for one person and one for two people. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and cooking utensils.
