Cottage in Englancourt with Fenced Garden

This large character home is located on a hill, near the Oise and the Chemin Vert. Ideal for family holidays, it has a fenced park with a barbecue and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy pleasant evenings on its sheltered terrace, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature ,landscapes, and magnificent forests. You can go hiking and cycling, but also fishing, horse riding, and canoeing! The home is located 2 2-hour drive from Brussels, 2.5 hours from Paris, and only 1.5 hours from Reims. The house is stylishly furnished and has fiber optic internet, a computer, and two trampolines for children. Relax with a good book in the spacious living room or enjoy a glass of wine at the terrace ! There is a high heat pump that minimizes energy costs and its water heater provides 250 liters every 5 hours. The landscaped garden is shared with the owner's holiday home as its only neighbor, which is most often uninhabited.

Deze omgeving is ideaal voor rust, uitstapjes en lekker eten uit de regionale keuken. Het was weer voortreffelijk mede dankzij het mooie weer. We komen zeker weer terug!

    “- The guarantee payment € 200,= is totally needed for the electric/water, cleaning and tourist tax
    - Garden needs investment
    - House needs investments
    - Pool table 2 balls missing and no good mace
    - Wood painting needed
    - Kitchen needs some updates (Cooking not 100% working)
    - Bad light in the living room
    - Glue in kitchen and bathroom
    - Cleaning can be better (toilet and bathroom where clean but the floor and kitchen can be better)
    - A lot of stuff in the kitchen and living room can be throw away in the dustbin

    Sorry for some critical notes but the owner needs really to do some investments (Time and money)”

    “Mooi gelegen, ruim landhuis met grote tuin, wel een beetje vergane glorie... de ramen zijn dringend aan renovatie toe (soms loopt er water binnen wanneer het regent) De waterpomp die voor de verwarming instaat maakt constant een storend geluid. Ook de pooltafel is niet goed bruikbaar en de verlichting is erg ongezellig. Pluspunt is zeker de rustige ligging met mooi uitzicht, zeer ruime living en een groot, goed werkend haardvuur. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die goed bereikbaar is.”

    Het is geen koud huis, de verwarming werkt uitstekend en ook de grote open haard.

    “Tuin niet goed omheind, voor ons 1e prioriteit vanwege onze hond met jachtinstinct. Badkamers en toiletten zijn aan verbetering toe. Verder een prima locatie met een schitterende tuin en uitzicht.”
