    “Het huisje ligt op een wat afgelegen plek in het dorp aan de rand van het centrum op loopafstand. Er schijnt een tuin aanwezig te zijn, maar het is niet duidelijk welke tuin bij het appartement van het huisje hoort en daar is ook geen info over.

    De tuin voor het huisje is in de afgelopen jaren niet gemaaid en oogt rommelig mede doordat in de tuinen veel oude troep staat, zoals oud hout/pallets, e.d. Huisje ziet er binnen goed uit, maar is extreem vochtig, waardoor de muren schimmelig zijn en kalk loslaten. Kachels werken slecht, waardoor na een week alle kleding vochtig is.
