TV, DVD, radio and internet add to the comfort. An open kitchen unit with integrated fridge, electric stove, all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, etc. are available. A dining area with 4 chairs offers space for eating. An 8 sqm bathroom with tub / shower, hairdryer, towels are available. The 13sqm bedroom with double bed (each 2m x 1.80m) offers enough space, closet u. Chests of drawers can be found. Bed linen is provided. Relax in your own four walls, enjoy the tranquility and experience the wonderful view from the living room and the 25sqm terrace. This apartment was renovated in 2019 and redesigned.
On the 25m² roof terrace you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and a barbecue. The terrace provides garden furniture, two loungers, a parasol and an awning. You can park your car in the lockable and secure garage.
