This modern, detached holiday home for a maximum of 18 people is located on the edge of the lively village of Fieberbrunn in Tyrol and offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.The holiday home has 2 separate and individually habitable apartments. Each of the 2 apartments has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a modern, open, fully equipped kitchen. In total, both apartments offer 7 bedrooms (2 with extra bunk beds) and 6 bathrooms. In the basement there is a lounge/games room, a relaxation room with sauna, a storage room for skis and ski accessories as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house also offers a large garden. You can park directly at the house.The community of Fieberbrunn is located in the beautiful Pillerseetal in the Kitzbühel district in Tyrol and is an ideal holiday destination for active holidaymakers. The region offers leisurely walks along the idyllic Pillersee, challenging summit tours, mountain bike trails and many hiking routes. The Aubad in Fieberbrunn (indoor pool, sauna village and Lauchsee) offers lots of swimming fun!In winter, Fieberbrunn offers direct access to one of the largest ski areas in Austria - the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 kilometers of slopes and numerous lifts.
