Comfortable holiday apartment with a light and modern design

The apartment enjoys a quiet location on the edge of the village, right by the stream “Wilde Aar”, so it is just a few steps to be surrounded by greenery and is conducive to relaxing.

The 100m² holiday apartment on the ground floor provides ample space for up to seven people and a small child. The living room has a generous dining space with eight chairs, as well as two sofa beds with a living room table and a luxurious flatscreen TV. The kitchen provides everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including an electric stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, washing machine, fridge and modern counter with four stools. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath and a toilet. The three bedrooms are accessed along a hallway. The first is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, a junior bed/cot and a supplementary bed. The second has a further double bed 180cm wide and the third has two single beds each 90cm wide. The living room and the three bedrooms are laid with beech laminate. All the rooms can be heated. Free wireless Internet access is available in the apartment.

The living room opens directly onto the private terrace with quality garden furniture and a grill. There is further seating on the lawn. There is a sandpit with roofing for children. Table football and table tennis are available. A maximum of six cars can park right by the house.

You are welcome to use a safe and dry bicycle or ski storage room. Two mountain bikes, one for an adult and one for a young person, can be used free of charge on request. You can use the local astroturf tennis court free of charge. The owner lives on site in a separate building next door.

Outside of Titmaringhausen in Willingen-Usseln abut 10km away you can find at least two supermarkets / discount shops. The locality itself has two restaurants with local cuisine. Titmaringhausen is nestled between picturesque slopes in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Sauerland, on the southern slope of the mountain “Kahler Pön”, and is therefore a perfect starting point for hikes. It is also almost halfway between the tourist hubs Willingen (10km) and Winterberg (15km), where you can find more hustle and bustle. Many other recreational facilities such as a leisure pool, a leisure park, a carting track, an ice rink, Diemelsee or Edersee are all just a short distance away. The apartment is especially ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, as all the main regional ski resorts are within five to 18km. In short: there is something to suit every guest here.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Das Platzangebot war mehr als ausreichend für uns (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder). Das Haus befindet sich abseits von Hektik in einem ruhigen Tal in Nachbarschaft von sehr zuvorkommenden Dorfbewohnern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen.”
