This home also has a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a private garden to relax. This charming villa is situated amid grasslands, and the town center is only 4 km away. Several restaurants and public transport services are also at a short distance of 4 km. The location serves as a tranquil retreat, and you can also take naturistic walks in the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party. There is a shared swimming pool on the premises which is functional through mid of May till September. The private and illuminated garden decked with furniture also offers an opportunity to soak the panoramic view from the villa. There is a barbeque area at home. You can conveniently park vehicles at the villa , and a maximum of one pet is allowed. Your check-in details will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.Music prohibited outside.
