Beautiful holiday house with a breathtaking sea view. Harmoniously decorated holiday house with a private heated pool, comfortable furniture, and extra facilities. It was built in 1970 and completely reconstructed in 2012 for renting. Closed natural property 900 m2. This pleasant, cozy, and fully-furnished holiday home is situated in the small town of Bakarac, at the entrance of the Bay of Bakar. It has a panoramic sea view. The ground floor has a bathroom, a living room, and a bedroom with two separate beds. External stairs lead to an upper floor that has a kitchen, a living room, and one bedroom with a double bed. The entire house is air-conditioned. Beautiful terraces, a barbecue, and a pool for a refreshing dip will make your holiday memorable. Enjoy jogging on the seashore or in the forest nearby. You can visit the magical island of Krk, explore the nightlife of Crikvenica, Bakar or Kraljevica and enjoy a visit to the city of Rijeka. This holiday home is right in the middle of Kvarner Bay.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Pool, Grill, Lounge, einfach toll. Man kann im Schatten sitzen oder die Sonne genießen. Richtig zum Entspannen. Das Meer ist über einen kleinen, aber steilen Wiesenweg in 2min zu erreichen. Betonstrand, aber das Wasser ist wunderbar. Zum Ort sind es etwa 5 min. Über einen Waldweg und Stufen. Der Vermieter ist der absolute Wahnsinn, so zuvorkommend und nett. Sogar am Sonntag schickte er einen Techniker, weil der Fernseher nicht ging. Das war Entspannung pur.”

    “Alles in Top Zustand, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
    Schatten oder Sonne, man kann es sich aussuchen. Die im unteren Teil befindlichen Räume sind ideal, da es sich eigentlich um eine separate Wohnung handelt. Die Möglichkeit morgens im Meer zu schwimmen (5 min. zu Fuß) und den Pool zu nutzen wann immer man möchte war einfach toll. Man war in diesem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus für sich und kann sich wunderbar erholen und seinen Urlaub individuell gestalten. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Abends im beleuchtetem Pool zu schwimmen, danach den großen Gasgrill zu nutzen und dann gemütlich auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das Meer zu beobachten hat uns Dreien super gut gefallen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Fazit - jederzeit wieder.”
