Villa Anna is a rustic stone villa with a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, two outdoor Jacuzzis and an infrared sauna. The villa is situated on a hillside at an altitude of 240 metres near the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by hundreds of olive trees on an area of 2 hectares, equipped with all comforts including air conditioning and WiFi.Completely restored in the style of classical architecture, but with modern furnishings. On the first floor there is a beautiful kitchen with a wine cellar and a cosy living room with a large wooden dining table. On the ground floor three rooms with bathroom, laundry and a large porch. The two floors are not connected internally, but externally by a wide stone staircase and hoist for those who need it.Outside there is a special brick barbecue, a wooden playground with a walkway and slide for children up to 6 years, a playground with a tree and curved slide for children up to 12 years, and inflatables for children from 1 to 10 years.The heated pool is purified with salt, not chlorine. There is a 0.6 m deep section for children and a 1.4 m deep section for adults, with a Roman staircase and whirlpool, sunbeds, parasols and a large furnished garden; there is an automatic lift to access the pool for those who need it.Free pool towels and bathrobes are available.Pool heating is free It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. From the villa you can easily reach the sea, the mountains, the splendid cities of Urbino, Fano, Pesaro, Rimini, Ancona,the Frasassi Caves, the Conero Natural Park and the Furlo Gorge.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
