Warming holiday terraced house with porch and garden with sea-view inside Costa Paradiso tourist complex in Sardinia. The house is inserted in a green area of Sardinia famous for the unspoilt coves, small rocky inlets which create transparent sea- water swimming pool. Inside Costa Paradiso tourist complex you can find all kind of facilities like non emergency medical on-call, night surveillance, bancomat service ,sporting and diving center, bar, minimarket, restaurant, rotisserie and many shops. Perfect starting point to visit many Sardinia north-part localities and beaches like the sandy beach of Li Cossi at only 1,5km. The house is at the ground floor but the rooms are on different levels. There are 3/5 steps to access the night zone from the day zone. Double sofa bed with access on the sea-view porch. Some places worth visiting: Castelsardo 30 Km, Santa Teresa di Gallura 30 Km, Olbia (airport and harbour) 83 Km, Alghero (airport) 126 km.

    “Das Interverour des Hauses ist abgewohnt und alt. Die Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern sind durch gelegen und schmuddelig. Die Schränke sind alt und muffig.
    Die Badezimmer Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben im 80 er Jahre still. Leider waren im Eltern Bad die Fliesen hinter dem Waschbecken Boden aufgeplatzt (alter Wasserschaden) so dass man nur mit Badelatschen in das Bad konnte ohne sich zu verletzen.
    Das Wohnzimmer ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Allerdings gab es kein Deutsches Fernsehen (war jetzt nicht schlimm) aber auch nur die freien Italienischen Sender.
    Das ganze Haus hatte sich täglich durch die Hitze aufgeheizt und man hatte keine Chance es in irgend einer Art runter zu kühlen. Bedeutet selbst durch frühes und nächtliches Lüften mit anschließend Rollläden schließen und verdunkeln hatte kein Erfolg.

    Das Haus hat einen Muffigen feuchten Geruch gehabt woher der auch kommt?
