Friendly holiday home on the hills just outside Monte San Savino (1.5 km). The house is an outbuilding of a historic villa, surrounded by a park-like property with pool (shared with ITA902). Various garden seats are spread out on the property, so you can enjoy an espresso under a rose-covered pergola and a glass of wine in the shade of tall trees. Within walking distance you can easily reach the nice town of Monte San Savino, where you will find various bars, good restaurants and ice cream parlors - for passionate city walkers are also Arezzo (20 km, also by train), Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km and Florence 80 km. Monte San Savino has a rich offer of cultural events in the summer, especially concerts in the rose garden. On Wednesdays you can witness the local typical market. Cot available on request. You enter the large bright living room via a private terrace; in the living room there is an open fireplace and the adjoining small kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor (which can also be reached via a comfortable external staircase).
