The holiday villa is perfect for a coastal vacation as it is at walking distance from the sea. If you want to try local cuisines or get your daily essentials at the supermarket, then you only need to travel 0.5 km. Major attractions include the City of Arts and Sciences, Central Market, and L'Oceanogràfic. The villa features a kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave to prepare meals of your choice. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for comfort in the sultry summers.
