Private: garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles. 30 m long steep motor access to 40 m from the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.8 km, bakery 1.8 km, pub garden 1.8 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Can Picafort, Es trenc" 22 km, rocky beach "Can Picafort" 22 km.     “Maison de campagne au calme dans le centre de l'île avec une belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin bien entretenu sans aucun vis à vis et une vue dégagée sur 360°. Les moutons viennent paître dans le champs voisin. C'est un bonheur d'être au calme en rentrant le soir après une journée au milieu des touristes.
    La maison est ancienne avec une décoration très soignée avec de beaux objets anciens. Elle est tout à fait adaptée pour une famille de 4.
    Les petits bémols : les moustiques (voraces !!!), la chaleur (même dans la maison pourtant ancienne avec de petites fenêtres) et l'équipement un peu sommaire de la cuisine. Mais rien au point de gâcher les vacances.
    A noter que le propriétaire qui est vraiment très sympathique (des notions de français)vient entretenir le jardin et nettoyer la piscine 1 jour sur 2.
    Cette maison est à recommander aux familles souhaitant profiter du calme et de la nature. Emplacement au centre idéal pour visiter les 4 coins de l'île.”
