The separate bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (160cm wide). A fully-equipped kitchen niche awaits you in the cosy living room, equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, along with a gas stove, espresso pot, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. The dining table invites you to dine together after cooking. You can end the day on the sofa with satellite TV. The light bathroom with a shower and WC rounds off the accommodation.You can truly relax on the big panoramic terrace with a dining table and deckchairs, enjoying the view of the hills disappearing into the mist, or let yourself be enchanted by the view from the deckchair of the medieval castle of Acquaviva and the vineyards. The breathtaking view into the distance over the hills as far as Gran Sasso will also delight you.The village Acquaviva is surrounded by its medieval fortification on one of the characteristic hills of the Marche and is just 5km from your accommodation. You can find shops there with typical local products, as well as the famous red wines of the region, or you can treat yourself in one of the little restaurants where ‘la mamma’ still cooks. It is 10km to the nearest beach in San Benedetto del Tronto, where you can enjoy sunshine, the sea and the sandy beach. Cultural towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Ripatransone, the Sibillini National Park and Gran Sasso are worth a trip even just for the fabulous journey through the inland area.
