The villa is the newest of the highly rated villas located on the beautiful island of Kos Greece. The villa 3 was built in 2017 and will be available for rental for the first time in the Spring of 2018. The villas 1, 2, and 3 are luxury villas, located in close proximity to one another and near the organized beach of Tigaki (500- 600 meters away). All of the villas make for an ideal family, couples, or group holiday rental for those seeking a bit of privacy, without sacrificing access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the sea.
VILLA PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Built on 2,000 m2 of land in an area made up of private villas exclusively.
Located 9 Km from the Airport, 1 Km from Zipari village, and 500 meters from the very popular destination village of Tigaki, where you will find a large number of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.
The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors and 180 m2, allowing plenty of personal space for its residents.
The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea; it consists of 3 bedrooms (with double beds ) and 2 bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have an ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.
The second floor consists of a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas (6 x 3 meters and 4 x 5 meters), have alluring sea views.
The living room and the bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows that flood the rooms with sunlight. The villa provides an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea.
The ground floor consists of a large room ( 55 sq.meters ) with a complete gym set up and an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests., plus 1 bedroom with twin beds.
The gym contains a big bathroom with shower.

    “Xenos Villa was relaxing, beautiful, and spotless. It is located close enough to Tigaki to be able to walk to the beaches or town, but far enough away to have some solitude and a peaceful sunset. The pool is a perfect place to relax if you want to avoid the crowds at the beach. We had a wonderful holiday at the Villa. Highly recommend!”

    “We enjoyed every minute in this brand new villa xenos 3 which was even more beautiful than on the pictures.
    We had a very warm welcome from our wonderful hosts Mr and Mrs Xenos with a generous welcome snack.
    The villa is very spacious and has a stunning sea view on the one side and a wonderful mountain view on the other side.
    Located in the heart of tigaki we enjoyed the silence around there.
    In 5min you reach one of the best sand beaches of the island with a lot of restaurants,bars and supermarkets.
    Perfect for families with children but also for a group of young people.
    We were more than satisfied and would recommend this villa.
    We will come back for sure.”
