This modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located on the 1st floor of an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in the Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.This apartment is located on the ground floor and features a luxurious, spacious living room with a fold-away double bed for 2 people, an open plan modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed (one double bed can be converted into 2 single beds), one of the two bedrooms has an extra bunk bed for 1 person. The apartment also has a terrace and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

    “The apartment was clean and warm and very well positioned. It's cca 10min (by car) from Zell am See and also 15min from few Ski Areas (Kaprun, Schmitten, Kitzsteinhorn..).

    Comfortable big beds, clean rooms and pretty enough space for everything (we were 4 adults with 3 small kids). Big and nice equipped kitchen as well.

    Almost forgot, a beautiful view to the valley and mountains through the living room window!

    Communication with the Host was nice and easy.

    Looking forward to come back again and enjoy the vacation time!”

    “Wij hebben een leuk verblijf gehad. Het is een mooi en zuiver appartement met een vriendelijke eigenaar.

    Het ligt op enkele minuten rijden van Kaprun en Zell am See. Als je echt in een bruisend dorp of een bruisende stad wil logeren dan kun je best naar Kaprun of Zell am See zelf logement zoeken maar voor ons was dit prima :-)”

    “Ein absolut toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Generationen dort. Lage ist super. Im Ort gibt es auch eine Wirtschaft.... In 10 min in Kaprun... In 15 min in Zell am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
