Three-room apartment with lake view

.The flat is located on the FIRST floor of a house from which there is direct access to a small private beach. The flat has a terrace overlooking the lake..Each unit has 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach.
The apartment is adjacent to the historic centre and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The supermarket is 250 m away, the cable car is 400 m away, and the playground is 70 m away.
If the parking spaces are occupied, you can park about 300 metres away on the owner's other land, which is completely fenced off.

The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms, a large living room with a single sofa bed, and an enclosed and equipped kitchenette. The flat has a terrace overlooking the lake equipped with table and chairs.
The flat is equipped with crockery and everything necessary for cooking, a microwave oven, toaster and electric coffee machine,. with 2 baths with shower and a hairdryer.
Also included in the price are weekly bed linen and towels.
All flats have satellite TV .

Each flat has a parking space. If the parking spaces available in the courtyard of the house are occupied, we always provide a parking space in the owner's other building.

Behind the old town centre, overlooking the lake. The management is family-run, the owner lives nearby and is available for information and/or customer needs.

    “Vooral heerlijke woning door locatie, in centrum Malcesine, en door heerlijk privéstrandje aan het meer. Woning zelf was in vergelijking met dit soort vakantiewoningen wel erg karig voorzien en sober ingericht, zodat je veel eerste levensbehoeften zelf moet kopen (geen afwaszeep, afwassponsje, keukendoekje, koffie/thee, kruiden, peper/zout, handzeep; een beetje wc-papier en lucifers, maar niet voldoende voor een week). Ook de bedden waren van matige of slechte kwaliteit: het tweepersoonsbed had een te dunne matras en een kuil in het midden (loopt naar het midden af), en de de douche bij die kamer functioneerde niet goed (spuit alle kanten op). De locatie was echter ideaal in het centrum (daardoor ook wel rumoerig, zeker overdag, en soms ook 's nachts, de geluiden van het uitgaanspubliek en het terras tegenover de woning) en vooral door het strandje dat je deelt met medebewoners: dat is heerlijk lekker om te zonnen en te zwemmen.”
