After an active day, relax together on the sofa overlooking the garden. Step outside first thing in the morning, take a deep breath of the good air and enjoy the first rays of sunshine with a cup of coffee. Later you can swim a few laps in the complex's pool, take the kids to the playground or stop at the restaurant.
Hike in the mudflats, enjoy sunbathing on the beach and look for shells with the kids. In the picturesque harbor town of Harlingen you can take the ferry to the islands of Terschelling and Vlieland, both worth a visit.
