Patredera is located on the slopes of the mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo, with panoramic view of the Gulf. It consists of three seperate apartments. The villa has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and barbecue parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units. The villa is one km away from the city center, three km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and ten km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs. The apartment Patredera features a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, where you can stay and dine comfortably in contact with nature. The housing unit consists of a living room kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with TV, air conditioning and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed (this room has no windows), a bathroom with shower. Only a certain consumption of electricity is included in the price, the extra consumption for air conditioning (0.60€ per Kwh) will be charged as a separate cost. In addition, the tourist tax has to be paid on the spot according to the municipal rates. More information will be given to you by the owner at arrival.

Castellammare del Golfo is located in the province of Trapani (Sicily) and is a truly magical and picturesque place with the square fishermen's houses painted in white and ocher yellow.In addition to the numerous churches, rich in important pieces of art, there is the Norman palace and numerous beaches and chalkrocks that will leave you breathless thanks to their beauty, untouched nature and the crystalline colors of the sea.
