There are a total of 5 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room has a cozy and elegant seating and lounge area and a fireplace. Next to the living room there is the dining area with a large dining table and the open, fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with every comfort. There is also a storage room for skis with ski boot heaters. From the chalet and the sunny terrace you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the picturesque surroundings. There is a garden around the house and you can park right next to the house.The holiday home is in a quiet and idyllic location on the Taurach mountain river on the edge of Mauterndorf. This house is connected to the village and the Grosseck / Speiereck / Mauterndorf ski area with 50 kilometers of slopes via a hiking trail. By car you can reach the Obertauern, Fanningberg and Katschberg ski areas in about 15 minutes.In summer, the Lungau also has a lot to offer for active holidaymakers. You can hike, play golf and enjoy the many mountain bike trails.
