Net buiten het centrum van Kaprun, rustig gelegen, maar alle bars, restaurants en winkels dichtbij. De skibushalte ligt op 150 m.

Het appartement is in november 2018 volledig gerenoveerd. . Het appartement is 75 m². Het gebouw bestaat sind 2009 en is gebouwd in Chaletstijl. Het interieur zheeft n een mountain lodge-stijl . Het appartement h twee slaapkamers. Alle meubels, keuken, badkamers, slaapkamers, vloeren en muren zijn vernieuwd. Playstation, TV, Apple TV en Sonos beam zijn aanwezig.

Golf, Tauern Spa. Ligging vlakbij de Kitzsteinhorn Gletscher. Skiën van oktober tot en met juni. Keuze uit vele skigebieden, Kaprun en Zell am See zijn direct verbonden via de skibus. Maar binnen 15 autominuten bent u in Saalbach Hinterglemm of Maria Alm. Zillertal op 25 minuten afstand. Ook in de zomer perfect gelegen. De Zeller See, het grote meer op slechts 5 km en de Krimml watervallen ook dichtbij. Kaprun-Zell am See staat bekend om de vele zomer activiteiten die worden georganiseerd. Het is in de zomer vaak drukker dan in de winter. Voor Wellnessliefhebbers, ligt de grootste Spa van Salzburg, de Tauern Spa op slechts 3 km afstand. Maar uiteraard kun je ook gewoon alleen van je appartement genieten met het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen.
