Cosy holiday home in Montaron with garden

This authentically decorated railway cottage features a beautiful garden and green surroundings. The level crossing is secured with barriers and signalling and a fence has been placed between the cottage and the railway line. You can bring 2 pets on holiday and the bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends. Start the morning with a healthy walk along the lake, which is about 30 km from the accommodation. You can get a nice breakfast at the supermarket 10 km away and a nice restaurant can be found 2 km from the accommodation. By car, you can easily travel to the various sights and nice places in the vicinity of the accommodation.The accommodation has a bathroom including a shower and a sink. If you do not wish to eat out one evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner yourself in the kitchen. There is a barbecue where you can grill a delicious piece of meat yourself and the garden is decorated with attractive furniture. Moreover, the cottage is equipped with fast internet via fibre optic cable and TV with international channel package.

    “Liebevoll restauriertes ehem. Bahnwärterhaus, direkt an einem kleinen, wenig befahrenen Bahnübergang. Sehr selten kommt ein Güterzug vorbei, was überhaupt nicht stört.
    Das Haus ist stilvoll mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Große Küche mit Gasherd und Esstisch. Modernes Bad mit begehbarer, großer Dusche. Extra Raum für Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
    Im ersten Stock zwei Schlafräume mit großen, bequemen Betten. Relativ steile Holztreppe in diese Etage. (Für Gehbehinderte o.ä. nicht geeignet).
    Schöne, gemütliche Terrasse neben dem Haus in einer Weinlaube und ein weiterer Sitzplatz im großen, naturbelassenen Garten.
    Sympathischer Vermieter.
    In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Canal du Nièvre und an einer der zahlreichen Schleusen. Ideal zum Wandern oder Radfahren.
    Ländliche und ruhige Umgebung.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist ein ehemaliges Bahnwärterhäuschen und wurde vom Besitzer (der im ebenfalls restaurierten ehemaligen Bahnhof ca. 100 m entfernt wohnt) liebevoll restauriert. Auch die Einrichtung besteht passend dazu aus ausgesuchten alten Möbeln. Aber trotzdem ist das Ferienhaus mit der nötigen Technik ausgerüstet: Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen vorgesehen und diese finden auch genügend Platz für angenehme Ferien..”
