If you do not wish to spend all day by the pool, there is much to discover in the region: from the Etang de Thau, the Lac du Salagou and the Grotte de Clamouse to the Dinosaur Park and beautiful hiking trails through the Hérault valley. Several nice shops are in Olonzac, very close to Oupia. The café terraces are very welcoming and there is a market every Tuesday morning. Several good restaurants can also be found in the area, where you can enjoy a tielle sétoise with a small glass of Carthagène; the local sweet and fruity aperitif.For sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court in the nearby park. The enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy and space for children to play. The residence is also blessed with exceptional views over the valley.
