This cosy 3-bedroom villa is in the picturesque village of Caunes-Minervois. It is ideal for families and can accommodate 6 guests. A private swimming pool and an infrared sauna are present in the villa for an ultimate relaxed holiday.Caunes-Minervois town centre is 400 m away from the villa. Caunes-Minervois tennis court is 700 m from the stay. Canal du Midi River is 15 km away. You'll find beautiful marked hiking trails through the wonderful French natural surroundings at less than 100 metres from the villa.An open kitchen with cooker, oven, hood and microwave is there to cook lavish meals. A private fenced furnished garden offers amazing outdoor living experience. You can relish a sizzling platter of barbecue in the evenings. Electric heating is installed in the villa for your comfortable stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for an extra charge of 25/pet/stay.Carcassonne Airport lies 25 km away. You can check in between 4-8 PM whereas check-out begins from 8-10 AM.

For children, a visit to the Réserve Africain de Sigean is very nice. Drive your own car through the wildlife park including bears, lions and giraffes. Closer to home is the 'survival path' at Notre Dame du Cros an exciting challenge.
