Within walking distance of the villa you will find a bakery and a grocery shop, where you can pick up fresh croissants in the morning. Around the house there is a well-kept garden (1500 m2) with all kinds of Mediterranean plants and a private swimming pool * which can be generously heated * measuring 4 x 8 metres (1.20 to 1.80 m deep).
