This is a beautiful six-person villa located a few minutes' walk from the beautiful village of Caunes-Minervois. This villa has plenty of privacy, a spacious enclosed garden (820m2), a covered terrace and a private swimming pool (5 X 9m, protected by an electrical roller shutter). Villa La Bergerie and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WIFI, boules court and air conditioning. some beds and mattresses were renewed in 2024.You have beautiful views over the picturesque village of Caunes-Minervois, a beautiful and quiet wine village with a rich history and several nice restaurants. The village has a grocery shop with a bread deposit, a supermarket and there is a nice market 3 times a week (di-do-za) with all kinds of fresh local products. Caunes is known for its marble, which was also used to build the Palace of Versailles in Paris. In the village there is a grocery with a bread store, a Utile Supermarket and 3 times a week (di-do-za) a nice market with all kinds of fresh local products.The living room has a TV and fireplace to relax inside. Terrace and barbecue are perfect for the evenings. You can also spend time enjoying the nature with garden furniture and sun loungers. Boules court is great for fun. Cot and high chair are provided for a small fee. Carcassonne airport is 25 km away and train station is 47 km away.
