Drac 5 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Majorca, about 50 km from the airport. It is a spacious apartment with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The dining room has access to an external staircase that leads up to the roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and offers fantastic views of the entire cove. The property is furnished and equipped with satellite TV, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available.
We have recently equipped the bedrooms of the Drac 5 apartment with air conditioning. Bookings made from 06.02.2024 onwards have the use of air conditioning included in the price. All bookings made before this date have the option to use the air conditioning at an additional cost.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
