A cot and high chair is provided for infants. Adult cycles can be found at the property.Located in a rural area, this villa park offers the following: A fenced 25m heated swimming pool, a toddler pool and children’s playground with sun loungers and parasols for you to relax whilst enjoying your holiday. You will also find two pétanque courts, table tennis and a putting/chipping area. The property offers a chance to enjoy long walks in the countryside or to cycle along quiet lanes into the local villages to collect your bread/ croissants as well as enjoying a morning coffee at the bar.A variety of restaurants can be found within 1-4 kms from the stay, Domaine des Forges golf club and restaurant La Bergerie is situated within 1 km of the stay. For golfers there is an introductory FREE round of golf available with the property, a further weekly discount package can be obtained from the golf club.Our meet and greet representative will explain all the information related to the property, park and surrounding area , in particular the sights to see, places to visit etc. A “Kids Club” is available July & August upon subscription.In nearby Vasles (4kms) tennis courts, football facilities, children’s park and the Mouton Village can be found. Further afield you can visit Futuroscope with its new water park facilities. Nearby, Beaumont Saint Cyr for wine tasting. , Verruyes lake is just 25 mins away with its sandy beach, pedalos, fishing, children’s playground and cafe. La Rochelle, Ile de Re, Marais Poitevin and Parthenay are all well worth a day’s visit.
