There is also a restaurant at the ground floor of the apartment building.This well-furnished apartment has satellite TV and party games to enjoy. The modular kitchen is equipped with hob, electric kettle, coffee machine and oven. One of the rooms is already furnished with a children's bed and a high chair. The host also provides an iron with an iron board at home.The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, which is 3 km away from the apartment.

Possibilities from Olbia for trips to the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Alghero, Sassari, Tempio Pausana, Santa Teresa di Gallura with possibilities to cross over to Corsica. It's also worth to take the ferry from Paulau to the Maddalena Archipel. The capital of La Maddalena is is a nice town.

In the marina you can rent a rubber boat. There are also possibilities for diving excursions.

In the harbour near the apartment you'll also find charter company Dreamyacht Charter, where you can rent a sailing boat (reservation in advance necessary)
