In winter, the family-friendly skiing area of Fanningberg is only 10 minutes away. Cross-country skiers and biathlon athletes also have plenty of options here. Good restaurants can be accessed at 50 m and general supplies at 190 m.The apartment consists of a lovely living room with modern open kitchen and one bedroom with a modern bathroom. This apartment with free WiFi has parking available on the premises.As a guest of this complex you have 3 hours of free daily access to the neighboring and internally connected Wellness oasis Samsunn (children from 14 years) with 4 different saunas, a steam cabin, infrared cabin, bubble bath ect. Beauty treatments are possible at an additional cost.PLEASE NOTE: The Samsunn Wellness Center will be closed for maintenance from October 30 to November 13, 2022 and April 16 to May 14, 2023.Specifics: in summer (29.05.2021- 31.10.2021) you will receive the Lungaucard free of charge during your stay.
