The villa is located in a prime, quiet and exclusive location on Monte Pego near Denia
with far reaching views across the Mediterranean up to Ibiza.
In a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful and longest sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca in El Verger, Oliva and Denia. In Denia you will find an interesting beach and nightlife and many leisure and shopping opportunities. From the port of Denia you can take the ferry to Mallorca and Ibiza. Through the majestic entrance gate, past the beautiful palm garden, you will reach the entrance of the villa. The cozy, central living room with its romantic fireplace welcomes you in a pleasant atmosphere. From here you can reach the stylish dining room with adjoining American kitchen, the bedrooms and the loggias with a fascinating view of the sea. All rooms can be pleasantly air-conditioned at any time of the year - with modern, economical inverter air conditioning systems - cold or warm. In winter they also serve as heating. For cooler days or long evenings, the fireplace in the living room is often used, with its automatic burner cartridge, the operation is very easy. All bedroom windows are equipped with shutters. Insulating glazing and solid wood doors in every room complete the comfortable equipment perfectly.

You use the entire property alone!

From the living area you enter the very private pool terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue and shade veranda.
The porch has recently been fitted with large, flexible glass sliding elements on all fronts, which can be opened as desired. So it is possible to enjoy the great panorama at any time and in any weather.
The beautiful, heated pool with its roman stairs invites you here for a swim.
From the entire pool level you will experience a magnificent and unforgettable panoramic view of the turquoise sea, the wonderful Mediterranean landscape and the majestic mountains of the Segarias.
Another spacious terrace awaits you at the beautiful palm garden, in front of the entrance of the house. Whether it's simply relaxing, sunbathing, dreaming or watching the interesting tropical plants - everything goes as you would expect.

> You can drive directly up to the front door, which makes loading and unloading luggage or shopping bags much easier.

> The pool can be heated by an electric heat pump. On request, this can be ordered from our caretaker on arrival. He then turns on the system. The heat pump runs completely automatically and can increase the water temperature of the pool up to 3 ° C per day (weather dependent). The use of the pool heating is possible above a minimum daily temperature of 10°C.

In the vicinity you will find amusement parks, aqua parks, a marine park with great dolphin and sea lion show and all kinds of water sports.
The lively Benidorm, known as Manhattan of the Costa Blanca can be reached in 30 minutes. Besides amusement parks, renowned restaurants, shopping malls and casinos, you should definitely visit the world - class variety show of the Benidorm Palace.
Nature lovers explore interesting mountain valleys with their waterfalls, stalactite caves or the famous Jalon Valley. The good wines of the region can be tasted in a bodega in Jalon.
There would also be the trip with the glass bottom boat, which you wanted to join in a long time ....

    “Accomodatie was perfect. De ligging boven op een berg is prachtig voor het uitzicht. We vonden het wel een rit berg af en opper dag. De buitenruimte gaf meer een appartement gevoel weinig zonneruimte.”

    “Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde hier wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Von den weiten Blicken über die Reisfelder und das Meer von der Poolterrasse und aus den Fenstern des Hauses konnten wir gar nicht genug bekommen.
    Herr Kleine ist ein sehr netter, sorgfältiger und aufmerksamer Vermieter.
    Wir freuen uns schon darauf, im nächsten Jahr wieder hier zu sein.”
