Résidence Plage Océane enjoys a quiet location, directly in the sand behind the dunes of the wonderful, vast sandy beach of Biscarrosse-Plage. From the domain, you can access the beach directly through the dunes. The pleasant village centre and the boulevard are all within walking distance of the residence. There's a spacious reception with breakfast room, an outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m; open from early May to late September; depending on the weather), sun terrace with lounge chairs and a central car park (the domain is low-traffic). Small-scale résidence Plage Océane offers (14) connected homes, in a quiet location, directly behind the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. The houses, built in local Landaine style, are surrounded by a beach garden and are located on the ground floor or on poles on the first floor. They're spacious, furnished in a pleasant, modern way, with a second floor. All the homes feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and a terrace or balcony with seating area. Those who love peace, quiet, sun, beach, sea and cycling, have come to the right place here. Résidence Plage Océane enjoys a favourable and quiet location behind the dunes of the pleasant seaside resort of Biscarrosse-Plage. The beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean can be found directly behind the dunes, through a direct access road next to the domain. These beaches are a paradise for surfers and sunbathers. You can walk from the résidence to the boulevard in just a few minutes; there, you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. All bars, restaurants and boutiques of this nice seaside resort are also within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes). At about 6 km, you'll find a lake with a swimming area (Etang de Cazaux et Sanguinet); the 27-hole golf course of Biscarrosse is 7 km away. The region offers even more interesting sights, such as its exclusive Médoc vineyards, the high 'Dune du Pyla', beautiful Arcachon Bay and the attractive city of Bordeaux.
