Apartment Urban Nature is located in a quiet, newly built street 400 meters from the center of the town of Otočac in the Lika - Senj County.
It is located near the shopping center in which you can get everything you need for your vacation. Nearby are cafes, restaurants, museum, pharmacy, hospital. city park, church, sports center and tourist office.
After long work all you need is vacation. Apartment "Urban Nature" is located in a quiet, newly decorated street not far from the center of Otocac.The apartment is located in a separate building surrounded by greenery in a quiet part of town, without noise and traffic, which enhances your discretion and enjoyable vacation. The property is located near a shopping center and within walking distance of the town center, local restaurants and other tourist facilities in wider area with car.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and open grill. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
Free parking is located in front of the entrance to the apartment
Next to the apartment there is a open terrace with a grill and view of the hill where Fortica's historic fortress is located. The room is equipped with double bed that can be separated into two single, and a living room with sofa for two additional persons. It is possible to arrange the useing a baby bed and baby cart gratis.
Apart from the space of the apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom and room) guests can also use laundry room where is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and stand for laundry drying. The surrounding area is popular among hikers and cycling enthusiasts.
Apartment Urban Nature is, also, a "bike friendly" accommodation. We have a garage where we can accommodate the bikes of our guests.
The apartment is located in a part of the town called Biškupljak, address Dragutina Tadijanovića 6, Otočac in Lika - Senj County. It is a short walk to the city center and 6 km from the A1 Zagreb - Split motorway exit. The proximity of the sea and a pleasant summer night to sleep in Otočac guarantee an unforgettable summer vacation. If you want to swim in the sea, the nearest beach is a 40-minute drive to Senj. The town of Otočac is located in the valley of the Gacka, a famous trout river to which flyers from all over the world come. Hiking on Velebit, cycling, kayaking on Gacka, quad riding and the longest European zip-line in Vrhovine are part of the adventure offer. Shelter for young bears in Kuterevo, House of Velebit in Krasno, Memorial Center "Nikola Tesla" in Smiljan, Cave Park Grabovača in Perušić, Tonković and Majerovo vrilo in Sinac, National Parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit are unavoidable tourist offers and attractions. is nearby, or at most an hour's drive from the Urban Nature Apartments. Apartment Urban Nature is, also, a "bike friendly" accommodation. We have safe place (ground floor garage) where we can accommodate the bikes and equipment of our guests.
If you are cyclotourist we can offer you additional options:
- accepting cyclotourists only for one night,
- loundry room(washing machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, clothes drying in case of rain),
- the ability to use tools for simple repairs,
- location information and phone numbers of the nearest mechanic in case of bicycle failure, purchase or ordering of basic parts for bicycles (tires, tubeless)
- possibility of renting a quality mountain bike and recommendation for another bicycle renter at the destination (phone and address).
If you are a motorist, the ground floor garage can also be available for storing motorcycles and equipment overnight, and all that we can offer to bikers - also for free.
