Holiday apartment in Oberallgäu with terrace, barbecue, and garden

The Loft Waldblick features two bedrooms, where, in addition to the underfloor heating, a cozy box spring bed, SAT-TV, and a private wardrobe ensure optimal comfort.

The living/dining/kitchen area forms a spacious and open space. The couch in the living area can be used as a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, and microwave. Numerous windows and a large panoramic door in the living room allow ample natural light and provide a splendid view of the green surroundings.

The entire apartment is on one level and has been designed to be wheelchair accessible.

The bathroom is very spacious, featuring a large, barrier-free shower with a corresponding seat, an accessible sink, and a toilet with grab bars.

The outdoor area extends over a spacious terrace offering breathtaking views of the green expanses, meadows, and forests of the enchanting Allgäu region. Here, you'll find a selection of high-quality furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying relaxed evenings in picturesque surroundings.

Nestled in an environment of meadows and forests, Buchenberg is situated at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. The location extends into the pre-alpine hills and moorland on the southwestern edge of the Kempten Iller basin, transitioning to the mountainous region of Adelegg.     “Sehr empfehlenswert! Positiv: Sehr gut ausgestattete barrierefreie Wohnung! Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt viel Platz in und um das Haus. Optimal auch für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Wunderschöner Blick auf Wald und Flur und Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder gar E-biken! Restaurant: Hotel Sommerau in Buchenberg - sehr gutes Essen, etwas teurer aber es lohnt sich”

    “Eine super schöne Unterkunft, um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben. Positiv: Die super Ausstattung in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Negativ: Liegestühle wären noch super gewesen und der Sonnenschirm muss erneuert werden.”

    “Der Preis war saftig, aber leider wurden nur 5 Personen berechnet, und man konnte nicht angeben, dass 2 der 5 Personen unter drei Jahre alt waren. Wie oben beschrieben war die Ausstattung für Kinder unter drei Jahren extrem mangelhaft, und sie wurden wie Erwachsene abgerechnet. Positiv: Die Lage, die grundsätzliche Ausstattung Negativ: Es gab keine Kinderhochstühle, keine Wickelauflage, kaum Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder unter 5 Jahren. Ausflüge: Herrenrieder Weiher - Schöner See mit Bademöglichkeit”
