A spacious, furnished sunny balcony and a spacious outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities are available. The cosy and very well-kept flat is extensively equipped and lacks nothing, just like at home. There is a pull-out corner sofa in the living room. The equipment includes cable TV, Internet radio/CD, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and free WLAN, etc. Please note: The flat is a non-smoking flat and there is a physiotherapy practice in the building.
