    “Positiv: Der Eindruck von diesem Haus war wunderbar. Wir reisten voller Erwartung nach Groß Zicker und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht. Alles war sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr gut.Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter und einem Kleinkind und alle fühlten sich wohl. Bis zum schönen Ostseestrand sind es zwar ca.zwei Kilometer aber er ist gut zu Fuss, dem Rad oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes befindet sich ein Parkplatz (Parkgebühr 2,50€ ganztägig) Alles im Allen ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Negativ: Schön wären wirklich Fliegengitter gewesen, denn gegen Abend hatte man einige "Besucher" im Haus. Freizeit: Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Ozeaneum in Stralsund. Karls Erlebnissdorf ist eher etwas für kleinere Kinder und richtig schön. Wer etwas Action mag fährt nach Bergen zur Kart Bahn. Einkaufen kann man in Bergen, Göhren und Binz. Man muss halt alles mit dem Auto erfahren, aber alles kein Problem.”

Auf der angegebenen Grundstücksfläche steht nicht nur die 17b sondern ein Reihenhaus mit 5 Hauseingängen. Der allein nutzbare Garten ist ca.30m² groß. Auch hier vermittelt der Text Vorstellungen von einem frei stehenden Haus mit großem Garten. Beste Reisezeit: Summer - Aus meiner Sicht der Sommer, aber man kann in allen vier Jahreszeiten einen erholsamen Urlaub verleben. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Der nächst größere Supermarkt ist in Göhren (6km, edeka), die wichtigsten Lebensmittel allerdings ohne große Auswahl gibt es aber schon in Lobbe (3km). Es gibt fünf Restaurants in Groß Zicker selbst, in den Nachbarorten noch sehr viel mehr. Räucherfisch gibt es direkt frisch vom Fischer im Ort. Zweimal in der Woche (Di und Fr) ist in Thiessow Rügenmarkt und in der Kurverwaltung in Gager (2km) wird man rund um beraten und kann kann sogar Karten für die Störtebecker-Festspiele kaufen.
