To enable as many guests as possible to enjoy a relaxing holiday in these difficult times, we have noticeably reduced our house price in the high season. There are two private terraces, a private parking space and - just a few steps away from the house - a spacious community pool with panoramic views. We have introduced a number of precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and these are displayed at the entrance gate to the pool. Please follow these to avoid any contamination. The tastefully furnished holiday home "Casa Mila" is equipped with an open, modern fitted kitchen with a new fridge and freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room and in the bedroom there are air conditioning units (warm/cold).  The house offers a fantastic view of the elephant mountain Montgo, the bay of Javea and the host town Benitachell. There are also spacious terraces with seating groups on different levels, which can be reached via an outside staircase and offer soothing shade on hot days. The house is ideal for a maximum of three people with its double bed in the spacious, stylish bedroom and the folding couch in the living area. The elevated position of the house allows a breathtaking 180 degree panorama. A sight that inspires painters! The upper terrace invites you to taste and simply enjoy the culinary discoveries of the region outdoors! A parking space is available on the property. The nearest shopping facility is a well stocked supermarket about one kilometre away - so you can even reach it on foot. On the cooler days a modern convector heating and air conditioning systems ensure pleasant temperatures. The ideal complement to one of the best microclimates in the world. In the living-dining room there is a satellite TV with flat screen and Wifi Internet connection.

For the quite steep ascent on the last 50 meters, a fantastic view from the house compensates. However, a car is absolutely recommendable. The beautiful community pool is only a few steps away from the house and is only used by the direct neighbours of the Urbanisacion and their guests.

    “Het huis op zich is prima maar heeft wel wat aandacht nodig. Het bed is oud en kraakt als een gek, er zit een kuil in het matras. De keuken is oud maar goedwerkende oven en nieuwe koelkast. Er is een oude airco in de woonkamer. Als je er onder zit voel je m maar verder heb je er niet veel aan. We hebben zelf een ventilator gekocht want die was er niet.
    De slaapkamer ( is beneden) heeft ook een airco. Niet gebruikt want daar blijft het redelijk koel. Ventilator is daar snachts genoeg.
    De wifi werkte helaas niet maar dat is netjes opgelost door de sleutelbeheerders dmv een mifi met voldoende gb's. Badkamer ook oud maar alles werkt, de douche (in het bad) was prima. Locatie; prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Laatste stukje naar het huis is erg steil. Kom je met je hond in de zomer bedenk dan dat er in de directe omgeving geen stukje groen is en alles asfalt. Ook niet te lopen voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn. Omgeving/ wijk wel heel netjes. Gemeenschappelijke zwembad heel netjes en rustig. Op zeer korte afstand van het huis maar wel die steile afdaling/klim. Kortom, het huis was schoon, niet heel gezellig en kan wat modernisering gebruiken.
