The green trail (rail trail on the former railway track) from Torroella de Montgrí to L'Estartit is only 150 metres from the house. It can be used on foot or by bicycle.

200 metres away there is a large supermarket with all kinds of national and international products, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, press and ATMs. The LIDL supermarket is about 700 metres away.

The bus stop towards L'Estartit or Torroella de Montgri and Girona is also within walking distance.
