Casa Irma

Casa Irma has the privilege of being the only house located within the Parco dei Poeti in Ascona it offers a vast private garden, a view to the mountains in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by the green at only a few walking steps away from the lakeside and downtown Ascona. This holiday home includes a private garage near the house. Additional public parking space is available nearby (against a parking fee) and blue zone.   Casa Irma is a cozy small villa, ideal for groups or families of up to nine persons.   It is structured on three levels: - the ground-floor exhibits a large bright and comfortable living-room with dining area, a fireplace divides the two. The living-room has a digital flat-screen TV and free WiFi connection. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Furthermore, a service WC is next to the entrance. - The first floor has 3 large bedrooms with each three single beds. A bedroom includes a terrace, a bathroom with tub and shower. A second bathroom with shower completes this floor. -  In the basement is a spacious laundry room with washing and drying machines and drying rack   No lift available. Smoking not permitted. In the garden a BBQ grill is available for your convenience and relax. Inside Parco dei Poeti public fitness devices are available.   Casa Irma is 5 minutes away from downtown and long lake Ascona, 1 Km from Lido Ascona, 2 Km from Locarno and 2,4 Km from Monte Verità.     Kinder hatten im eigenen Garten viel Spass Negativ: In den Zimmern war es morgens schon sehr früh sehr hell. Es wäre super, wenn man Nachtvorhänge montieren würde. Restaurant: Ketty Tomi Osteria Ticino - Super feines Essen
