Apartment with 2 rooms on the 1st floor of a house with two apartments, located on the lake front of Muralto. Marvellous view on the lake, central and quiet position. Maximum 2 persons. Nice 2 room apartment (approx. 75m2) with separate kitchen, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine. 1 double room (without door, open towards kitchen) , living room, TV with 4 CH-channels, DVD, radio and CD. Shower and toilet. Small balcony with lake view.There is no private private parking available for guests only. However, you will get a parking card upon arrival from the landlord, which allows free parking in the blue zone. These parking lots are about 150 meters from the apartment.

    “Guter Aufenthalt, saubere Wohnung mit allem was es braucht. Leider fehlte die Klimaanlage Positiv: Gute Lage und super Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts für den täglichen Bedarft. Negativ: Leider keine Klimaanlage. Im Tessin bei 30-34 Grad war die Wohnung eine Sauna. Kühlte kaum ab und es war in der Nacht noch extrem warm in der Wohnung trotz lüften. Restaurant: Restaurant Sensi - Gute Kücke mit diversen Köstlichkeiten, eher teuer aber gut. Muss reserviert werden, war immer voll am Abend. Ausflüge: Maggiatal, cascata del Salto - Schöner Wasserfall in der Natur”

    “Alles in allem ein toller Ort, den wir gerne wieder einmal buchen werden. Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und super zentral gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Vom Restaurant nebenan hört man nichts. Negativ: Das Bad ist im umgebauten Balkon und es wir im Sommer unglaublich heiss darin, weil Glasbausteine benutzt wurden, die die Wärme ungefiltert hineinlassen.”
