Located in a sunny area on the ground floor, this 4 1/2 room apartment 85 qm with two bathrooms and heated floors is furnished with most of the comforts you expect at home. The open kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and diverse cooking machines enables you to be part of any family discussion while preparing or cleaning up after any meal. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilette and bidet. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has sturdy, solid wood bunk beds and a desk. The dining area has an antique Engadiner dining table, where 6 people have plenty of room to eat, share a coffee or glass of wine, or play board games. In the living area a large corner sofa warmly awaits any weary traveller to take a nap, watch television/DVD or listen to the radio. The terrace can be used in winter and in summer. Other extras include: plenty of storage room and two parking spaces -one in the garage and one outside. There is WLAN access to internet.

Other leisure facilities: You have direct access in front of the house to cross-country skiing, biking and inline skating. You can play football or basketball at the school playground, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The golf course Zuoz (18 holes) can be reached in a few minutes by car. In winter, guests can enjoy free-of-charge curling, ice hockey and ice skating on the village grounds.

Excursion possibilities: With public transport, train or bus, you have all sorts of opportunities to travel and discover the entire Upper Engadin region: Whether Rosegtal, Morteratsch, St. Moritz, Zuoz, Maloja or Sils - all these places are easy and quick to reach. In addition, places such as Tirano, Teglio, Bormio, Chiavenna or Livigno are very close to neighboring Italy, and these are also easily accessible by car or by train or bus.

Location description: The village of La Punt Chamues-ch is located on the Chamuera, a mountain stream that always carries enough water, and has nearly 800 inhabitants. The village has a historic core, where you can admire old patrician houses in the area of the Albula road mouth or in the village itself, those are around 400 years old. The two churches also each have their own history. The legend of Adam de Chamues-ch is strongly reminiscent of William Tell Story and is unique in the history of the Upper Engadine.Every Monday during the main season you can take part in a village tour that will help you understand the history of the village.
