The house is located in the popular Saksild and has a nice large open kitchen connected to a good dining area. The room is inviting and equipped with skylights that provide the most beautiful light in the room. The living room is partially screened from the kitchen and living room with a wall. From the living room you have access to a large wooden terrace with a hot tub. Large and spacious bathroom and 3 good bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds with room for 4 children, the other bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The house was built with the intention to be as CO2 neutral as possible. With sustainability in mind, a former daycare center was converted into this vacation home. There is a "sister house" in the same area D82128. Enjoy the varied and beautiful nature of the region, rolling hills, winding forest paths and beautiful beaches.
The beach, which is just a few minutes walk from the house, is white, wide and invites you to visit all year round. In the summer season there is a jetty.
The nearest town is Odder. In this charming town you will find a wide range of specialty stores. The house is also not far from Legoland, which you can reach by car in an hour. The city of Aarhus is only half an hour away by car. The city offers numerous opportunities for museum visits, events, concerts or just to enjoy the pulse of the city. During the summer season there are several restaurants, farm stores and last but not least an ice cream parlor near the beach.
