Incredibly beautiful kitchen is in open connection with the lovely large living room. Skylights have been installed in both the kitchen and living room, which means that there is great light in these rooms. In connection with the separation between kitchen and living room, there is a wonderful bar where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. From the spacious living room there is access to a large partially covered terrace with outdoor kitchen. Here you can really grill and have fun, and from the terrace you can hear the North Sea rustling. If you have been to the beach, you can rinse under a nice outdoor shower. Back in the house you will find a wonderful activity room with pool table, table tennis, Nintendo Wii - here is enough to make time to go with the days when the weather does not play with. The house has 4 lovely bedrooms all with double beds and closets as well as two delicious bathrooms - one with a nice whirlpool. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. This is powered by geothermal and solar energy. This makes the house very energy friendly. The house is really ideal for two families, as the decor allows you to each have their own bathroom in conjunction with two bedrooms. Last but not least, there is a swing, sandpit and trampoline.
