The house is located in a nice quiet area, yet only 400 m to shopping and restaurants. The house was built in 2014 and really has a lot to offer. Although large kitchen is in open connection with the living room. In connection with the kitchen, a small bar counter has been made where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or wine and hold the & quot; chef & quot; by company. From the kitchen you also have a view to the lovely large living room with wood burning stove. In the living room you will also find a cozy alcove, where you can take a nap or enjoy a good book when you have been on a walk to the beach. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with good garden furniture. Here you can grill on the warm summer evenings. The house has 4 good bedrooms, all with double beds. Finally, you will find two beautiful bathrooms, one with a 2-person whirlpool and access to a sauna. Free final cleaning!
