NO YOUTH GROUPS - MAX 1 DOG - Cot and Highchair in the house. Super nice activity house with geothermal heat, which makes the house very energy friendly = low power consumption. On an incredibly beautiful large plot of almost 2900 m2, only 100 m from the dog forest you will find this lovely house built in 2013. The plot is well maintained with plenty of space for ball games, just as you will find both petanque court, trampoline, swing and sandbox for the children. Large trees surround the grounds, so I wonder if the children can have a lot of time to walk here. When you enter the house you will find a nice spacious entrance hall. Furthermore, here is a kitchen with a beautiful skylight, which gives a fantastic nice light. The kitchen is in open connection with the lovely living room with comfortable furniture. From the living room there is access to a nice covered terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue and sunbathing. The house has 3 lovely bedrooms all with double beds and closets for storage. Although large bathroom with 2-person whirlpool as well as access to sauna and additional bathroom with shower, make it really convenient for the guests of this house. Last but certainly not least, you have the opportunity to pass the time in the lovely activity room, where you, among other things. finds pool table as well as table football. In 2016, a carport and tool room with space for bicycles and an extra refrigerator for guests were established. The house is equipped with Cromcast - so you have the opportunity to stream other Danish channels - as there is only DR in the house. All inclusive activity package with access to Oksbøl swimming pool, Blåvand Fittness and Blåvandshuk Golf in 2021. Final cleaning incl. FROM 2022 THE HOUSE IS RENTED FRIDAY / FRIDAY
