NO YOUTH GROUPS - from 1 May 2018, consumption incl. Less than 1000 meters to the beach and 400 meters to shopping is this lovely holiday home. The house is furnished with a well-equipped kitchen in open connection with a cozy living room with comfortable furniture and a really spacious dining area. From the living room there is access to a partially covered wooden terrace with plenty of space for fun with barbecue and sunbathing. Here is made extra shielding for wind and weather. Furthermore, at the entrance to the house there is a beautiful enclosed courtyard environment with both seating and a sandbox for the children. Back in the house you will find a wonderful activity room with both billiards and table tennis, so if the weather does not play along, there are plenty of opportunities to make time go by. Last but not least, the house has 3 good bedrooms all with good closet space, 2 lovely bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a nice spa bath for 2 people and access to a good sauna. Free final cleaning!
